Erin Lichy and her husband, Abraham “Abe” Lichy, are expecting their fourth child.

After enduring marital challenges amid the currently airing 15th season of The Real Housewives of New York City, Erin, 37, revealed that she is pregnant.

“It feels like adding another act to the circus!” she admitted to PEOPLE on November 12. “Work and life have been so busy that I haven’t really had a chance to even think about how it’ll change things, but I think it will be pretty seamless to be honest. Three vs. four kids doesn’t seem so scary.”

“Mostly, I’m just looking forward to enjoying a Mezcalum cocktail and going out for a massive sushi dinner again!” she added.

According to Erin, who shares sons Levi, 9, Elijah, 4, and daughter Layla, 7, with Abe, she learned she was pregnant when she suddenly became “super sensitive to smells around me.”

“I was out East with Abe and some friends … That’s when I knew — I thought, ‘Damn. Here we go again!’” she revealed. 

As for how her pregnancy has been thus far, Erin shared that the first 10 weeks “were rough.”

“I was exhausted and nauseous all the time. Since then, not so bad!” she went on.

Now that she’s feeling better amid her pregnancy, Erin is indulging in her cravings for “cold drinks, Pinkberry and Greek yogurt, Italian food and French fries.”

While she and Abe don’t know the gender of their fourth child yet, she confirmed they’ve “started floating around some name ideas, but we haven’t landed on anything just yet.”

“[It’s] really special” to finally share the news with the world, she added.

Although Erin and Abe butted heads after she learned he had been dishonest about their finances amid production on season 15, the couple was able to have honest conversations about the betrayal. And, during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live last month, Erin admitted to understanding why Abe had done so.

“He was trying to do the right thing and not stress me out. He knew I was going through a lot,” she noted.
