Skai Jackson is fighting back against fans who think her boyfriend is posting negatively about her amid her pregnancy announcement.
As previously reported after months of speculation, the former Disney Channel star finally announced her pregnancy on Tuesday, Nov. 12. The 22-year-old confirmed that she’s expecting her first baby with her boyfriend in a statement to PEOPLE.
“I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter in my life — embracing motherhood and diving into new acting projects,” she told the outlet. “My heart is so full!”
Almost immediately following her announcement, some fans went to the social media pages of Jackson’s boyfriend, who goes by Yerkky Yerkky. On his Facebook page, a post was uploaded on Nov. 12, which read: “On wopp im salty i got this dumb a*s Disney Channel b**ch pregnant I hate this h*e.”
Obviously, a lot of fans were upset by this, wondering why Skai would be with someone who talks about her like that, especially publicly. As the post started to gain more traction, a screenshot of the statement was reposted to The Shade Room via UnwineWithTashaK, where both Jackson and her mother, Kiya Cole, denied its validity.
“His page was hacked! He never said this. End of story,” Jackson wrote in the comments.
“HE NEVER SAID THIS!!!!” Cole added. “Stop being messy!!!”
Unsurprisingly, a lot of folks aren’t buying that his page was hacked, with some fans in the comments claiming Yerkky went live on Facebook shortly after that post went up, proving it was made by him.
Other commenters pointed out that very little is known about his identity, so it wouldn’t make sense for him to be hacked.
“No one knows him to be hacking his page ðððð¤£ð,” one follower wrote.
Another added, “Girlllll don’t no one know yerky yerky to hack him ð cmon now ððð.”
Hopefully, these issues all get sorted out before the baby comes.
