As the UFC champ danced in the ring, the rest of the crowd, who appeared pro-Trump, clearly approved of the nod as they roared. Even Donald Trump, who Jon Jones pointed to as he danced, approved of his moves by smiling and offering a thumbs-up. During Jones’ post-fight interview with Joe Rogan, Jones again gave a nod to Trump with a huge shoutout. He said, “A big, big thank you to President Donald Trump for being here tonight.”
The shotout led the crowd at New York City’s Madison Square Garden to go crazy in cheers again. Using that energy from the crowd, Jones then started a “USA! USA!” chant, which everyone proudly joined in for.

His appearance drew wondrous applause as he entered Madison Square Garden with his large entourage. Joe Rogan told pay-per-view viewers that when he came in the crowd grew incredibly loud. He said, “If people at home could hear the sound in this room right now. It is so loud! It’s always loud when he comes in, but now that he’s won [the election], now that he’s the President again, oh my God!”
