Diddy’s got a fresh rape allegation on his plate, one that goes way back to before he hit the big time. The woman making the claim, who’s filing as Jane Doe, says it all went down during a notorious NYC charity basketball event.
She says she was at a December 1991 charity game at City College of New York, co-hosted by a young producer named Sean “Puffy” Combs. She and a friend got invited by a rapper who was set to perform. When they showed up, the crowd was wild, but she managed to convince a security guard to let them in early.

Once inside, they couldn’t track down the rapper, and she claims they were led to an office near the locker rooms where Combs had a makeshift dressing area. She says she didn’t even know who Puffy was at that point and asked him to help her connect with her friend. He said he’d hook it up.
But then, she alleges Combs handed her a plastic cup, claiming it was filled with Coke. After she took a sip, she started feeling disoriented and tried to leave, but claims he blocked her path. According to the lawsuit from her attorney Tony Buzbee, things escalated quickly—he began touching himself and assaulted her when she resisted, overpowering her, tearing off her underwear, and raping her.

After the incident, she told Combs she was going to inform her rapper friend about what had happened, but he allegedly threatened her, saying, “people can come up missing.” The accuser says Combs then left to handle something at the event, and she managed to find her friend so they could leave together. In her suit, she describes the scene outside as complete chaos, with people running in all directions.
