Nia Long lets us know that at 54, she’s still not slowing down and still knows how to turn heads with the occasional thirst trap.

It turns out that the good folks at SKIMS and Kim Kardashian have also noticed her timeless beauty and named her the face of the brand’s latest campaign.
Long popped up, rocking a few things from the shapewear and clothing line. It began with the cocoa-colored body core sculpt plunge mid-thigh bodysuit. (A mouthful, we know.)
That’s also the fit she donned while giving a quick interview.
“The beauty about being a woman is when you feel good, you look good. Whatever stage of your life, whatever age, whatever size, we have to love every inch and own every part of ourselves,” she says in the video posted to Instagram. “And that starts with skims. I’m Nia Long, I’m an actress, and everybody’s wearing skims.”
Other photos from the shoot show her lying on her side in heels and shapewear, and another post shows her crouched down with a bevy of stunning images in the carousel.
In an exclusive interview with Women’s Wear Daily, Long spoke about her new partnership with the shapewear and loungewear brand. She admitted that it wasn’t just a smart business move; she’s actually purchased pieces in the past, which made the decision all the easier.
“I am absolutely a fan of the brand. I have purchased my own Skims online many times,” Long told WWD. “I think Kim [Kardashian] understands a woman’s body. I think she understands the pressure that women face, especially on the red carpet, and when your underpinnings are correct, it just makes the wardrobe that much more beautiful.”
She added that she also regularly wears the brand on red carpet events and on sets, including The Best Man on Peacock, saying, “Skims were a very important part of Jordan’s wardrobe.”
