The rave never has to come to an end, thanks to Apple Music’s new 24-hour EDM station, Apple Music Club.
So far, a slew of exclusive mixes have already been confirmed from Jamie xx, FKA twigs, Honey Dijon and Nia Archives. Plus, Circoloco, Tomorrowland, fabric, Hï Ibiza and more renowned curators will showcase DJ sets on the station.
Guided by hosts Tim Sweeney and NAINA, who will add thoughtful insights and commentary about various tracks and mixes, the station will play everything from mainstream festival favorites to the sounds of the underground. Exclusive mixes on the station will become available to stream on Apple Music within the platforms “DJ Sets” collection.
“My show is a series of recordings taken from ‘The Floor,’ a club that I opened for 10 days in London in May 2024,” said Jamie xx about his Apple Music Club mix. “I invited all my friends and collaborators down to play sets alongside me. Some of my favorite DJs and artists appear in these sets, so I’m very grateful to them, and I’m so glad to be able to have all these sets here in one place for listeners on Apple Music.”
The launch of Apple Music Club arrives alongside two other fresh stations, Apple Música Uno and Apple Music Chill. Each are available to stream for free, without a subscription.
“Music is crucial to our health and happiness, and what Apple Music Radio brings is a sense that your music is always there for you, always on and waiting for you to just tap in,” added Apple Music’s Global Creative Director and lead anchor for Apple Music 1, Zane Lowe. “In a world of AI and algorithms, Apple Music Radio is live. It’s real people, it’s a shared event, and I’m so excited to be broadening that experience to listeners worldwide with three new stations.”
