Not every Bravo star is invested in Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover’s breakup.
“On a scale from one to ten, how surprised were you by Craig and Paige’s breakup?” Andy Cohen asked Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne and Real Housewives of New York City star Racquel Chevremont during the Tuesday, January 7 episode of Watch What Happens Live.
“I don’t know who Craig and Paige are,” Jayne, 53, responded. “I’m so very sorry.”
Chevremont, 53, shared a similar sentiment. “I have no clue,” she said.
Cohen, 56, then asked radio host John Hill (who was the night’s bartender) his thoughts on the split.
“I was shocked. I just couldn’t believe it,” Hill, 46, added, while holding a mug in his hand and laughing.
Cohen noted that he “was surprised” by the breakup.
DeSorbo, 32, announced late last month that she and Conover, 35, had split after three years together.
“Craig and I have decided to no longer be together,” the Summer House star said during the December 30 episode of her “Giggly Squad” podcast.
“I have so much love and respect for Craig,” DeSorbo added. “I think he is one of the best people I’ve ever met in my entire life. I will remain the biggest fan of him and want the best for him, and he truly will get the best because he is the best.”
Tuesday night’s episode of WWHL was not the first time that Cohen had chimed in DeSorbo and Conover’s split.
“We were very sad to get the news about Paige and Craig, I have to say,” the Bravo boss said during the Monday, January 6, episode of SiriusXM’s Radio Andy. He explained to listeners that both DeSorbo and Conover are “in the middle of an incredible amount of success” when it comes to their careers.
“He’s just opened a restaurant in Charleston. He’s got this business, he’s got a store in Nashville, he’s got a place in Charleston,” Cohen continued. “And then she is absolutely, like, murdering it. Killing it.”
DeSorbo and Conover started dating in 2021 and split time between New York City and Charleston. Cohen said during Monday’s episode of his radio show he attended the Southern Charm premiere party and DeSorbo did not accompany Conover.
“There have been a few events where she hasn’t — you know, she’s so busy — and I just think the more and more that starts to happen, you know, you worry that it causes a strain or whatever,” Cohen shared. “I mean, listen, we still don’t totally know [or] have a reason, so more to come on that.”
