Ronda Rousey recently welcomed her second child with her husband, Travis Browne, and confirmed it on social media. Accordingly, many fans are curious to know more about her new baby. Rousey is already a mother to her elder daughter La’akea Makalapuaokalanipo, whom she and Browne welcomed in 2021. She is also a stepmother to Browne’s two sons from his previous marriage to Erin Browne, Kaleo and Keawe. Rousey and Browne tied the knot in August 2017 in Browne’s native Hawaii.

Ronda Rousey gives birth to baby girl

Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne were blessed with their second child, a baby girl named Liko’ula Pa’uomahinakaipiha Browne on January 9, 2025. The couple confirmed the birth via a post on social media.

The former MMA fighter announced the birth via an Instagram post. “Our little girl came into this world during a windstorm into a city on fire, so grateful she made it safe and sound,” Rousey wrote, referencing the currently ongoing wildfires plaguing the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

The post contained one video and three photos. All of these showed Rousey, Browne, and their elder daughter interacting with the newborn child.

Multiple celebrities and fellow wrestlers like Cassie Lee, Saraya Bevis, Brie Garcia, and Charlotte Flair congratulated Rousey via the comments.

Travis Browne also took to his Instagram to share the baby’s birth. “Welcome to this world La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō Browne. You are so incredibly loved!” he captioned the post.

Ronda Rousey announced she was pregnant with her second child at a San Diego Comic-Con panel last year, where she was promoting the launch of her graphic novel debut, Expecting the Unexpected.

The 37-year-old later confirmed the child’s gender in both an Instagram post and an interview with ComicBook. In the former, she reflected on how her character in the story was also pregnant.
