Podcaster Dana Wilkey claimed Heather Gay paid for a Patreon membership to hear “gossip” about her Real Housewives of Salt Lake City co-stars, and Dana also questioned if Heather is the “gossiper” who’s been “spilling all the negative tea.” However, throughout the show, Heather has made several speeches suggesting that any leak to bloggers is unforgivable.
Before the new season, the podcaster shared a rumor that Whitney Rose‘s jewelry line bought products from Alibaba. Whitney claimed that YouTuber Adam Newell confirmed that Lisa Barlow was behind the leak – though Dana and Adam denied this, suggesting someone else was behind it.
On a recent episode of her Dishing Drama with Dana Wilkey podcast, Dana suggested that certain castmates were playing a “game” to throw her and Adam “under the bus.”
“That really got me,” said Dana, via @breakingtherulespodclip on Instagram. “Because I’m smarter than that. I’ve been in the Housewives racket for a long time. I know how it operates … I’m not gonna play this game.”
“So now I’m going to tell you a big secret which the Patreons know,” said Dana, referring to her paid subscribers. “Heather Gay was in the Patreon for many, many years, enjoying the gossip content on all the Housewives across the franchises — but most importantly — the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast members.”
She then questioned if Heather was the “gossiper” who had been “spilling all the negative tea.”
On a past episode of her podcast, Dana addressed the drama with Whitney.
“I guess some podcasts have been falsely reporting that I said that Lisa Barlow was the person who sent me the gossip, which obviously is based on the narrative of the show,” she said. “I really wish that Lisa Barlow would hire her cybersecurity guy, which I’m sure he’s not real but I hope is, and I would love her to find out who was behind the account [who leaked it to me].”
“Who I think it is, you all know, is Heather Gay, Tanesha, and Meredith with sprinkles on top, but I would love that confirmed,” said Dana, claiming she has “receipts” revealing how she “arrived at [this] conclusion.”
New episodes of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City air Wednesday nights on Bravo.
