To create the salmon, you’ll need a few simple pantry seasonings, including onion powder, garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, red pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. These ingredients are mixed with a blend of avocado oil and canola oil to create a marinade. Once combined, the marinade can be applied to the salmon before searing it to perfection. The result is a perfectly seasoned and juicy salmon with a crispy exterior.

Tamar’s creamy Alfredo sauce is also a breeze to prepare, using butter, cream cheese, and bullion paste as the base, along with a few simple seasonings and diced onions. The rich, velvety sauce complements the shrimp and adds an extra layer of indulgence to the dish.

Mrs. E Also Shares The Recipe For Her Secret Seafood Blend Dish

However, the culinary journey doesn’t stop there. Ms. E, a cooking pro, shares one of her most cherished family recipes: a Seafood Blend. This traditional dish, never before shared publicly, is a delicious mix of crab, shrimp, mayonnaise, green onions, white onions, green peppers, and an array of spices, including garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, parsley, and more. The blend is the perfect accompaniment to the salmon and shrimp Alfredo, bringing a delightful combination of flavors to the table and overall dish.

To complete the meal, Tamar wraps up the episode with a sautéed spinach dish that perfectly complements the main courses. Together, these flavorful components create a mouthwatering meal that is sure to impress anyone fortunate enough to taste it.

Don’t miss Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E when it premieres Wednesday, March 26, at 9 p.m. ET/CT on CLEO TV. This one promises to be a treat for food lovers everywhere. Check out the full recipe below.
