Kanye West’s new track seemingly provides an update on his relationship with Bianca Censori.
In the song, titled “BIANCA,” West, 47, appears to reveal that Censori, 30, left him due to his public behavior, specifically his controversial social media rants. The song is off the rapper’s new album WW3, which was released on Thursday, April 3.

“My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed,” he raps, explaining that Censori had a “panic attack” over his actions.
“She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted / Until Bianca’s back I stay up all night I’m not going to sleep / I really don’t know where she’s at.”
He continued by describing tracking her location through an app in a rather unsettling way. “I’m tracking my b**ch through an app / I’m tracking my b**ch through the city,” he sings.
West also touches on Censori’s family, claiming they want him “locked up” and alluding to a strained dynamic between them. He compares their relationship to that of Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie Ventura, referencing the couple’s rocky history and legal battles.
West and Censori, who married in 2022, recently made headlines after the “Famous” hitmaker designed a controversial see-through dress for his wife at the 2025 Grammys. Before Censori, he was married to Kim Kardashian from 2014 to 2022. He and the reality star share four children, North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.
