Ye’s most recent series of seemingly random tweets have taken an even darker turn. The apparently unhinged rapper-producer has laid out plans for his own funeral.

Ye Wants to Charge a Cover Fee at Donda’s House for His Funeral

While deep in the throws of yet another maniacal X rant on Thursday (April 10) that included over 200 tweets, Ye took a brief break from anti-Semitism and apologizing to Jay-Z in exchange for a moment of morbidity. The rapper’s savage stream of consciousness led him to unveil his perspective on how his funeral should go down whenever the grim reaper comes knocking at his door.

When Ye’s soul transitions into the afterlife, he requests that his body be displayed in the Chicago home of his late mother, Dr. Donda West. He also feels as though mourners should not be limited to any time constraints as long as they do some good for the hood and pay a cover charge for charity.

“My funeral needs to be at least a week long,” Ye not-so-humbly typed in the tweet below. “A 10 hour service everyday so people can speak aaaall the way through. It actually need be nooo limit. Embalm me. Put me on display at my mamas house and let people visit me. Charge people to come in and use the money to enrich all the blocks around.”

A few minutes later, Ye doubled down on the notion that his memorial services, and others like it, should last indefinitely. “Funerals should be where ni**as can talk as long as they want but also ni**as can leave when they want,” he added.

Ye Thinks That Drake Should Deliver a Eulogy at His Funeral

This isn’t the first time in recent weeks that Ye has been exploring the idea of his own mortality. In a strange proclamation last month, the artist formerly known as Kanye West suggested that Drake should deliver a formal eulogy at the aforementioned funeral while professing his love for the Toronto rapper he’s been at odds with for years.

“I SAW A VIDEO OF DRAKE WALKING THROUGH HIS HOUSE AND SHOWING HE HAD A LIBRARY OF RYHME BOOKS MAN I WISH I COULD HAVE SEEN AND REMEMBERED THIS WHEN MY JEALOUSY OVERTOOK ME,” Ye tweeted on March 5. “I LOVE DRAKE IMA SAY THIS WHEN I DIE I NEED YOU TO SPEAK AT ME FUNERAL.”
