Tonya Betsey met Henry Betsey Jr. on Tinder in 2020, and the two were married at the Duval County Courthouse on November 24 of that year. Despite still being legally married to Tonya, Henry later met Brandi Betsey on the dating app Stir and married her in Manatee County on February 22, 2022. Not long after, he connected with Michele Betsey through Match.com and married her in Hernando County on November 23, 2022—while still married to Tonya and Brandi.
Tonya was the first to uncover the truth after she got suspicious and started checking county records online.
“I just started county by county, putting in his name. And that’s when I came up with the marriage to Michele and the marriage to Brandi,”.
Michele, completely unaware of Tonya or Brandi, was stunned.
“There was nothing flagged in the system,” she said. “We got married right there at the courthouse. No questions asked.”
All three women were deceived by Henry’s aliases, manipulations, and love-bombing tactics.
