Fan-favorite series such as ’90s sitcoms Friends and Seinfeld rank high on the list of TV comedies some viewers find cringe-inducing instead of comedic, while many others can’t stand the weekly gags of longtime live comedy show Saturday Night Live, which first began airing in 1975.
