Although Netflix has built its business model around binge-watching viewers, some subscribers prefer stories with more finite ends.

Netflix has a lot more miniseries than you may have guessed. But sometimes, even some of the best miniseries get lost in the shuffle of Netflix’s original programming.

That’s why the Watch With Us team has assembled this list of the five Netflix miniseries you should watch in June.

Our selections include an unfolding mystery, a noir-ish drama, a dark comedy, an infamous true crime story and a blood-soaked revenge saga from Korea.

After a May full of buzzy series premieres like The Four Seasons and Sirens on Netflix, the biggest news on the platform for June is the return of some highly anticipated series that rank as the streamer’s most popular shows ever. Popular family/crime drama Ginny & Georgia and Korean hit Squid Game are both coming to the platform […]

‘The Survivors’ (2025)

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power‘s Charlie Vickers leads the cast of The Survivors as Kieran Elliott, a man haunted by a personal tragedy that claimed the life of his brother and two others close to him. Kieran’s survivor’s guilt is only compounded by the fact that his mother, Verity (Robyn Malcolm), still openly blames him for what happened.

Fifteen years after the original incident, a young woman’s body is found on a beach. That discovery leads the investigation to revisit the incident involving Kieran and his brother, as their father, Brian (Damien Garvey), becomes a murder suspect. The community wants its justice, but is there any to be found here?

The Survivors will stream on Netflix on June 6.

‘Secrets We Keep’ (2025)

Cecilie (Marie Bach Hansen) is going to come to regret not offering to help a young woman named Ruby (Donna Levkovski). The disappearance of Ruby casts a shadow over the Danish miniseries, Secrets We Keep. Ruby confided in Cecilie that she was no longer comfortable living with her employers, Katrina (Danica Curcic) and Rasmus (Lars Ranthe), as their family au pair. But Cecilie declined to get directly involved.

When the authorities don’t seem to care about Ruby’s inexplicable absence or the fact that her money and passport were left behind, Cecilie starts asking some uncomfortable questions about her neighbors. She also discovers that there’s at least one detective, Aicha (Sara Fanta Traore), who might be willing to help her find justice for Ruby.

‘Sirens’ (2025)

Devon DeWitt (Meghann Fahy) thought she knew her sister, Simone (Milly Alcock). But the events of Sirens prove otherwise. Because of their father’s declining health, Devon tracks down Simone and discovers that she’s fully immersed in a bizarre cult of personality surrounding billionaire Michaela “Kiki” Kell (Julianne Moore).

There are details about Simone’s new life that Devon isn’t privy to, and Michaela’s husband, Peter Kell (Kevin Bacon), isn’t giving up the family secrets either. It’s all Devon can do to stick around for a few days and try to pry Simone away from Michaela’s influence. However, Simone may be exactly where she wants to be.
