Wedding bells are ringing in Venice, Italy. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and former TV journalist Lauren Sánchez got married this week in a celebrity-filled, multiday event in Venice. Stars from Oprah Winfrey to Tom Brady and multiple members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan — not to mention Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner — have come out for the festivities, as have a number of protesters, who used the week to push back against the mega-rich.
While some sources speculated that Bezos and Sánchez legally tied the knot in the United States ahead of their lavish ceremony, little is known about the specifics of their arrangements.
