A judge wants Erika Jayne to make a move in her ongoing divorce from Thomas Girardi.
As the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was spotted making a surprise cameo in Los Angeles amid Scissor Sisters’ opening performance for Kesha, 38, attorney Ronald Richards shared an update on Erika’s split from the once-famed lawyer, revealing that she was being pushed into legal proceedings amid rumors of a possible “sham divorce.”
“Erika Girardi / Tom Girardi divorce. The family law judge has finally had enough and told her either get divorced or dismiss your case,” Ronald wrote in a July 4 post on X. “Just another odd twist that she files for divorce to show contrived outrage but then never does anything for five years! The mystery of who pays her legal bills and how they got money to do so or why they are doing so is still an open question that is going to come to light.”
“That’s all we will say for now. Also, this possible sham divorce is also going to be reviewed. Stay tuned!” he added.
Meanwhile, after her lawyer friend, Jim Wilkes, told The U.S. Sun last month that she was feeling “emotionally destroyed” after Thomas was sentenced to seven years in prison for his crimes against his former clients, the reality star turned up at L.A.’s Kia Forum for an impromptu performance.
As shared by TMZ on July 6, Erika treated an unsuspecting audience to a fun cameo amid Scissor Sisters’ performance of their hit single “Let’s Have a Kiki” over the weekend as the band opened for Kesha, a close friend of her RHOBH castmate, Kyle Richards, 56.
