The seller allegedly markets faux leather car seat covers that customers say don’t fit. So when folks across the country started returning them, they didn’t go back to China—they landed right on Kay’s front doorstep.

Kay explained that she’s now stuck stacking boxes outside her garage just to make space. And when it all started? She thought it was a simple shipping mistake. Even though Kay has repeatedly contacted Amazon, she said all she got in return was a $100 gift card offer and a suggestion that she should deal with the unwanted deliveries. Amazon policy says international sellers must list a valid U.S. return address, provide a prepaid label, or offer refunds. If they fail to comply, Amazon steps in to issue refunds and bill the sellers. However, it’s unclear why the company allowed this to go on for over a year at Kay’s expense.

After her story gained traction, Kay says Amazon finally stepped in this week and promised she won’t be receiving any more packages from Liusandesdian.
