With Tomorrowland’s return to Boom, Belgium just days away, the festival has confirmed that on Saturday, July 19th, 2025, Charlotte de Witte will become the first artist to perform twice on the Mainstage in a single day, marking a landmark double appearance never before seen in the event’s nineteen-year run.

The local titan will launch the day with a special Daybreak set, anchoring the morning with the stripped, pulsing selections that have made her a global headliner. Then, after a full day of programming, she’ll step back into the booth to close the night in front of tens of thousands, bringing the energy full circle in a move that blends narrative and spectacle.

“This year, I’ll be playing on the Mainstage – not once, but twice,” de Witte stated in a press release shared with EDM.com. “Back in 2011, after winning a DJ contest, I had the chance to open the Mainstage of Tomorrowland. It basically changed my life. In 2022, three years ago, I was the first techno and female act to close the same Mainstage. Fast forward to this year – 2025 – I will be closing the Mainstage and I will also be opening the Mainstage on the same day to have a very full circle all-round 360 approach to the whole day. I really look forward to seeing everyone at the Mainstage twice this year.”

The performances will take place during the first weekend of Tomorrowland’s 19th edition, which runs from July 18th through July 20th, 2025. This year’s theme, “Orbyz,” promises to transform the festival’s stages with a fresh visual identity, but it’s de Witte’s rare double performance that may end up defining the weekend.
