Content Creator In Blake Lively & Justin Baldoni’s Case Fights Back

Kassidy O’Connell, a pro-Baldoni YouTuber, has responded to Lively’s demands for her private and financial information. She filed a motion to dismiss the request, arguing that the entertainer had no right to invade her privacy.
The content creator used Lively’s words against her, stressing that she fought against Baldoni’s attempts to subpoena her information. “Ms. Lively herself makes a compelling argument that individuals have a constitutional right to privacy regarding their financial information,” O’Connell argued.

Pro-Baldoni YouTuber Blames The Actress For Online Criticism

O’Connell doubled down on there being no smear campaign against Lively, arguing that she failed to understand the consequences of her own actions. She added that the actress was further ruining her bad reputation “by lashing out at content creators on social media.”
The YouTuber claimed Baldoni could not have paid content creators to run a smear campaign against Lively because “No third party has access to add additional money to a YouTuber’s monthly pay.” On that note, O’Connell revealed her financial ties to Lively’s husband.

The Betty Booze Founder’s Deposition Was Postponed

Lively and Baldoni’s legal drama continued amid the Google subpoena, with The Blast reporting that the TV personality’s highly anticipated deposition had been postponed. She was scheduled to be deposed on July 17; however, the deposition was rescheduled for July 31.
Sources explained that the postponement stemmed from the removal of social media personality Jed Wallace from the lawsuit. He was taken off the case due to jurisdictional reasons and was dismissed without prejudice. This allowed Lively to refile if she wanted the content creator back on the case.
However, sources noted Lively might not drag Wallace back into the case because she had accepted the court’s decision. Additionally, the entertainer and Baldoni’s teams had agreed to the postponement to better prepare themselves for the upcoming deposition.

Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds Proudly Appeared At The TIME100 Gala

Before the subpoena drama, Lively and her husband proved they were unbothered by their issues with Baldoni in April. The Blast shared that they confidently attended the TIME100 Gala, dominating the red carpet with their Hollywood power couple energy.
Lively, named a “Titan” on TIME’s 2025 Most Influential People list, looked radiant in a red gown. She flaunted her toned figure in the off-the-shoulder dress while Reynolds opted for a classy black and white tuxedo. The lovebirds barely kept their hands to themselves while posing for pictures.
The legal drama between Lively and Baldoni began in December 2024 when she accused the actor of sexual harassment, a toxic work environment, and running a smear campaign against her. He fired back against her allegations early this year with a $400 defamation lawsuit, which was later dismissed.
Will Blake Lively gain another legal victory against Justin Baldoni by securing her information request from content creators?
