Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen have a new home.
After temporarily living separately due to Travis’ drama with his ex-wife Meghan Mullen, the mother of his three children, 41-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star and her longtime partner moved into a $1.7 million modern farmhouse in the Mission Viejo area of Orange County earlier this year.
According to real estate records obtained by The U.S. Sun on August 7, Gina and Travis are renting the 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,800-square-foot house for $8,000 a month.
Following their move, Gina took Bravo.com inside the property for a tour, showing off her favorite aspects of the home.
“Honestly, the biggest and most amazing thing about being in this new house is the space, because Lord knows that we needed it. With the six kids, we’re always running around, and having this really big kitchen really makes our life just so easy,” she revealed.

Another one of Gina’s “favorite things about the house” is her pantry.
“It seems so simple. But this is the first home that I have had a pantry. It’s a whole room for my snacks,” she gushed.

Outside of the kitchen is a small dining room with a round table.
“Having a table in our little dining area here that all of us can sit around is a really big deal to us. We have dinner every single night together,” Gina revealed.

Speaking of the rest of the family, which includes the three kids she shares with ex-husband Matt Kirschenheiter, Nicholas, Sienna, and Luca, Gina said they love spending time in the family room.
“This is some prime real estate here. This is literally like, one of my favorite things about the whole house — that we can fit a couch in it the size that we need for our whole family,” she revealed.

Gina’s youngest son, Luca, shares a bunk room with Travis’ son Joseph.
“This is a real authentic, double-trouble experience,” she noted.

Travis’ daughter, Presley, has her own room, which Gina said boasted a “mature” look.

As for her own room, Gina said she “wanted it to be tranquil and beautiful and earthy.”

As the tour continued, Gina put Travis on blast for his messy office space, which is located in their master bedroom.
“Travis also works in our room. And it actually, it kills me every day. And I want the viewers of Bravo.com to see this so that I can show it to him so that he feels shamed so that he cleans up his desk,” she admitted.

Moving on to the bathroom, Gina said she can’t live without a vanity or a bath.
“I’m a bath girl. I love baths. So it’s really nice to just come in here, shut the door, and pretend like nobody’s here,” she shared.

Gina and Travis’ home also features a small backyard with a patio space and grass, and a 2-car garage. And, their community boasts a resort-style pool, community garden, gym, parks, and a clubhouse.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
