‘RHOBH’ Stars Kyle Richards and Mauricio’s Daughter Portia Calls Their Split Her ‘Biggest Heartbreak’ as She Begins Senior Year in High School

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky‘s youngest daughter, 17-year-old Portia Umansky, shared an upsetting comment on TikTok this week regarding the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple’s 2023 split.

As Kyle, 56, got emotional about the start of Portia’s senior year in high school with a post on her Instagram Story, in which she encouraged her online audience to “enjoy every moment,” Portia reacted to a TikTok post that asked, “What’s your biggest heartbreak?”

After the same post answered, “The fact that these two fell in love young, built a beautiful [and] wealthy life, made beautiful children [and] ended up separated all of these years later,” with a photo of Kyle and Mauricio, 55, Portia weighed in.

“Same,” she replied, via a screenshot from Brands by Bravo on Instagram.

Meanwhile, on Kyle’s IG page, she shared an image of Portia in a sweatsuit, with a gray top and blue pants that said, “SENIOR.”

“My baby is a senior in high school … Today [Portia Umansky] went to school early to watch the sunrise with her class … As she left I couldn’t help but think about how quickly time passes … a year from now she’ll be going to college … A little reminder to enjoy every moment,” Kyle wrote in the caption of the August 27 post.

Kyle and Mauricio also share Alexia Umansky, 29, and Sophia Umansky, 25, and Mauricio helped raise Kyle’s oldest child, Farrah Aldjufrie, 36.

Just two years prior to separating after 27 years of marriage, Kyle and Mauricio had admitted to feeling proud of how long they’d remained dedicated to one another.

“It means so much, and it’s something that we’re both incredibly proud of,” Kyle told Bravo Insider. “And for me, it’s one of my biggest accomplishments. I mean, I think it’s refreshing, in this town to be married 25 years is a really big deal [laughs]. And we’re really proud to be good role models to our daughters.”

“This means a lot,” Mauricio agreed. “You know, to be quite honest, it feels easy and doesn’t feel like it’s been that long. So it’s been great and beautiful. And, you know, I definitely intend to spend the rest of my life with her.”

“So hopefully it’ll be at least another 25 years, and maybe another 50,” he added.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
