Hulk Hogan’s Daughter Readdresses Being Left Out Of His Will

Hulk Hogan’s legacy may be worth millions, but Brooke Hogan is not second-guessing her choice to walk away from her father’s fortune.

The star is making it clear she chose to be removed from her late father’s will, even though it means forfeiting her share of his $25 million estate. 

Brooke and Hulk Hogan grew apart in 2023 after tensions rose over his relationship with Sky Daily, a split that ultimately left their bond fractured.

The 37-year-old says she has built her life through her own work and weathered financial struggles without leaning on Hulk’s fortune. To her, money has never equaled happiness.

She explained that her father’s decision to leave her out of his multi-million-dollar estate was no shock. In fact, it is what she requested. “It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I’m a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time,” Brooke shared.

Her only real concern now is ensuring Hulk’s estate, intellectual property, and trademarks are handled responsibly. TMZ was told Brooke’s focus has never been on financial gain, but on wanting more of Hulk’s “time, honesty, and love.”

Brooke made it clear before that stepping away was her choice. Since July, after Hulk’s passing, it has been known that she did not want any part of his reported $25 million estate.

The Blast noted that Brooke first requested to be removed as a beneficiary back in 2023, the same year she and her father last spoke. She had tried to repair their relationship, but after repeated attempts, she asked Hulk’s financial manager to take her out of his will.

In her words, the distance was necessary to “protect my heart,” after their bond fractured in the later years of his life. Beyond that, Brooke reportedly distrusted the people in Hulk’s inner circle and wanted no part in the disputes that might come with handling his finances.

The mother of two may have removed herself from her father’s estate, but she is not walking away empty-handed. Brooke is still named in a separate life insurance trust and will receive a modest payout, a sum she reportedly plans to use for her children’s future.

Brooke, married to former NHL star Steven Oleksy, became a mom to twins in January and is grateful for the support this trust provides, even if it is far from the fortune tied to her father’s estate.

Even with the distance between them, Brooke’s love for her late father was evident in the heartfelt tribute she shared on Instagram after his passing.

She wrote that their “bond has never broken” and described their relationship as “a connection deeper than words.” Brooke admitted that losing Hulk felt like “part of my spirit left with him.” Brooke closed her message by thanking fans for their support, calling Hulk’s life “one worth celebrating.”

Last month, The Blast reported that Brooke opened up about the rift with her late father, shedding light on the uneasy final years of their relationship. The singer disclosed that tension started when Hulk confided in her about concerns over Sky Daily, who later became his wife. 

Brooke recalled Hulk admitting he felt pressured into marriage and even described being “uneasy” about where the relationship was heading. When she pressed him for details, the late star brushed her off.

Brooke had long voiced doubts about her father’s relationships, even linking one unsettling call from Hulk to Sky’s alleged connections with Scientology. She said his cryptic apology during that call left her rattled, and it became the last time they spoke.

Brooke added that their disagreements often turned personal, with Hulk throwing hurtful comments about her dating history into the mix.

Brooke is not convinced the full story of her father’s death has been told. Days after opening up about their fractured relationship, she took to Instagram with troubling claims that point to unanswered questions.

The Blast highlighted Brooke’s posts, where she said she has received calls from professionals, including nurses and police, urging her to review body cam footage from the day Hulk died. Brooke told fans the recordings, along with 911 tapes, could expose key details about what really happened.

Her suspicions seemed to echo claims documented in a Clearwater police report. That report stated a therapist present at Hulk’s home suggested he was the victim of medical malpractice, alleging his phrenic nerve had been severed during surgery.

Brooke admitted she has no legal authority to access the footage herself, saying only Hulk’s widow can request it, leaving her to rely on her brother Nick for answers.

Brooke Hogan has clearly made her choice and is standing solidly by it.
