In the promo video of General Hospital, Elizabeth suggests that someone is pregnant.
The video preview begins with Nina telling Obrecht and Britt that Nathan is alive. Further, Obrecht reaches the door of Nathan’s hospital room. Suddenly, someone is heard saying, “Something feels very wrong.”. Later, Alexis is taken at knifepoint by someone, leaving her shocked as she is lying on the bed. Ric is suspected to be the culprit behind this act.
However, the most interesting twist turns out to be Elizabeth coming up with a very important question. She asks, “Any chance you can be pregnant?” As such, the camera is panned on Molly, Britt, and Josslyn. One of them is expected to answer this question. While three of them get solo shots, Josslyn is the one who has a high chance of being pregnant. This is because she and Vaughan have been spending weeks hooking up. As such, she might be carrying his child now, but the pregnancy is yet to be confirmed.
