Comedic mastermind Mel Brooks takes us back to the Old West with this brilliant satire starring Cleavon Little as Bart, a chain gang worker who gets appointed as sheriff in the small frontier town of Rock Ridge when evil capitalist Hedley Lamarr (a scenery-chewing Harvey Korman) hopes to make the townspeople abandon their land.
