Kelsey Grammer is dropping some major spoilers for Avengers: Doomsday! The Beast actor reveals two massive actors that he’ll be sharing scenes with in the film.
Marvel has been keeping details about Avengers: Doomsday under a tight lock and key. While they have most of their newer actors trained in how to dodge spoilers, it seems some of the older cast members are slow on the approach. Namely, two stars seem to have the tendency to let things slip: Alan Cumming, who plays Nightcrawler, and Kelsey Grammer, who plays Beast.
It’s the latter star who made the most recent slip-up when it comes to Avengers: Doomsday. When speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Kelsey Grammer revealed that he actually shares a scene (kind of) with Robert Downey Jr., who plays Doctor Doom in the film. While he didn’t reveal much, it does suggest that the villain will come into conflict with Beast and the X-Men.
“I’m a big of Robert Downey Jr. I love him and he’s just a terrific fella. We… sort of share a scene. I don’t wanna go too into that. I don’t know what I can say or not say.”
Beast’s Role In Avengers: Doomsday
Yet Doctor Doom wasn’t the only character that Kelsey Grammer let slip he’d be interacting with. Continuing on in the interview, the actor remarks that he also shared a scene with Pedro Pascal, who plays Reed Richards in Avengers: Doomsday. It’s certainly not a shocking interaction given both Beast and Mr. Fantastic are men of science, but it’s one fans haven’t heard of nonetheless.
“I really had a great time with the new guy from Fantastic Four. Pedro, wonderful guy. I really, really enjoyed hanging out with him and we worked together.”
Of course, given how much press big name actors have to do for projects like Avengers: Doomsday, it makes sense that Kelsey Grammer would slip up. It would be more shocking if the Beast actor ends up being the only one to spoil a scene in this way. And with the film due out in just over a year, these slips are only going to become more and more frequent.
Avengers: Doomsday is set to hit theaters in December 2026. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
