Kyle Richards is getting real about her love life on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15.
“Since separating from Mau, I was in a relationship,” Kyle revealed during the December 11 episode of the Bravo show. “I was in a very vulnerable place in my life and I fell hard for this person.”
Kyle and Mauricio Umansky separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage. The pair have yet to file for divorce, but she teased to Us Weekly exclusively earlier this month that there is an “impromptu conversation” with Mauricio about the future of their relationship during this season.
“I guess you’re gonna have to wait and see what happens with that,” she teased.

While Mauricio has been spotted out with multiple women since he and Kyle split, has kept her love life more on the low-key side. RHOBH fans were shocked to hear that Kyle did have a brief relationship after her breakup from Mauricio — although she hasn’t confirmed who she was romantically involved with. (Kyle was briefly linked to country singer Morgan Wade, but the women have repeatedly declared they were nothing more than friends.)
As RHOBH season 15 continues airing new episodes, Kyle has offered some more details about her unnamed ex.

Keeping It a Secret
Kyle told costar Erika Jayne that she was happy to “share” her relationship with the world. However, the person she was with was less forthcoming.
“All the speculation and the gossip and the talking is what ultimately ended it,” Kyle explained. “I could have weathered the storm but this is not for everyone.”
Kyle got emotional when revealing that she was with someone whom she “cared about very much,” but things didn’t work out.
“I think if this person weren’t so afraid of the public scrutiny and the life under a microscope,” she said, trailing off and shrugging.
Where She Stands Now
The Bravo star made it clear she was single.
“I’ve always told everybody just to be honest and I’m always an honest person,” Kyle shared. “I’m not a liar but I don’t know what people want from me. I am single now, OK.”
Being in Love
Kyle admitted that she has found love since she split from Mauricio during a discussion with Bozoma Saint John during the December 18 episode.
“I have loved somebody but now,” she said. “I did but, now, I’m just I’m on my own again.”

Boz continued to question Kyle about her love life, during the December 18 installment.
“Boz is acting like she’s never heard anything or seen anything,” he’s asking me all these questions, and I’m like, ‘OK, Boz.’”
Answers About What She’s Looking For
“Why don’t you ask what you really wanna ask,” Kyle told Boz. “I could go Brad, I could go Angelina. That’s what you want me to say, right?”
She continued, “I’m like half joking but not fully joking. … I’ve learned a lot about myself. I think gender doesn’t matter. I think it’s a soul connection.”
