Before Her Spicy Reaction To Pooh Shiesty, Sexyy Red Made Headlines Alongside Chief Keef & NBA YoungBoy
As The Shade Room previously reported, Sexyy Red sparked reactions in June 2024 when she shared cozy photos alongside Chief Keef.
Furthermore, in the months that followed, Sexyy even went so far as to beef with Kayla B, who also seemed to have a cozy relationship with Keef. However, it appears that since then, Sexyy and Kayla have patched things up.
And Chief wasn’t the only rapper to feel some of Sexyy’s cozy energy. In September 2025, Sexy shot her shot at NBA YoungBoy with a message about seemingly being ready to hold his next child.
