Kyle Richards addressed “big blowout fights” on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip – which celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Real Housewives franchise – and recalled when she “yell[ed]” at her costars. Kyle also shared insight into her relationship with Mauricio Umansky and her past marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
In 2023, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star announced her separation from Mauricio, her husband of 27 years. Before she met Mauricio, Kyle was briefly married to Guraish, the father of her oldest daughter Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie.
Speaking on The Bossticks, Kyle addressed her time on RHUGT (also known as Real Housewives Ultimate Road Trip).
“We would stop at these different cities, and we’d meet all the other Housewives that come in from the franchises. And I saw some big blowout fights happen,” said Kyle.
“Hopefully the cameras captured it,” said the podcast host.
“Oh, they did,” Kyle confirmed. “But I was like, these people are hardcore. Like we are monks in Beverly Hills guys. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are monks at this point. And I was like, I would kill somebody if I heard someone say something about someone’s kid.”
Kyle then shared more details about the “fighting.”
“And then they’re like, ‘Kyle, this is not what happened. This is what happened. She did this,’” Kyle explained. “I’m like, ‘Listen, I’m not your therapist, guys.’ And then we met the Rhode Island girls. … That was another situation.”
“I was like, I literally feel like Mother Teresa sitting in this room,” she said. “And they start coming in and the personalities [are] flying, things coming out of their mouths. And I was just like, oh, my God. At one point, I had to yell, ‘Everybody stop talking!’”
Later in the podcast, Kyle addressed her past marriage to Guraish and her current relationship with Mauricio.
“Even though obviously [Farrah’s] dad was successful, had a lot of money, and then I married Mauricio, she had amazing dads by the way, to be clear. Two amazing dads,” Kyle stated, via BravoTV.com. “But when Mau and I first got married, we didn’t have any money, that was very much ingrained in her, and we would tell her, one day we’re going to have a house, but we have enough cushions in the bank.”
Kyle also shared that she and her current husband are “not legally separated.”
“Every separation is different,” the star added. “Every divorce is different. Every relationship is different. And, you know, this is just working for us so far. And I say so far because obviously we’re not going to stay in this gray area.”
