Rap star Megan Thee Stallion shared some disappointing news over the weekend, leaving many fans rallying behind her to offer their love and support.
In case you missed it, Megan took to her Instagram Story not only to blast NBA player Klay Thompson, alleging cheating, but she also confirmed that they have ended. Her initial post read,
“Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house… got ‘cold feet,’ ” she wrote in her post over a black background. “Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season, now you don’t know if you can be ‘monogamous????’ ” she continued. “Bitch I need a REAL break after this one .. bye yall.”
She followed with an official statement saying,
“I’ve made the decision to end my relationship with Klay. Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward. I’m taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity.”
Of course, many fans were sad to hear the news and quickly reacted online. Even Love Island star Nic Vansteenberghe was one of many public figures to react, and the reality star was clearly on Megan’s side. He shared a post on Threads, saying:

Now, for those who don’t know, Nic Vansteenberghe is the breakout star of Season 7. He is currently dating Olandria Carthen. They went from close friends to runners-up after a late-season romance, and as of early 2026, they are still together and living in Los Angeles.
Nic joins many Megan fans who believe Klay dropped the ball. Klay has not yet released a statement regarding the cheating allegations against him.
