After that whole $4 million defamation circus and filing for bankruptcy, you would think Tasha K would be walking on eggshells, or at least keeping anything Cardi-B related out of her mouth. But nope, here we go again…
As previously reported, Tasha was hit with a $4 million judgment for defamation in 2022. They worked out a settlement where the debt was dropped to $1.2 million, provided Tasha made her monthly payments and kept her mouth shut. Tasha reportedly started yapping again, specifically about Offset’s alleged gambling and that scary shooting that landed him in the hospital.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ, Cardi headed back to court to call out Tasha for violating a non-disparagement clause. Now, for those who don’t speak “Lawyer,” that basically means Tasha signed a “hush” agreement as part of her bankruptcy plan. She promised not to speak publicly about Cardi or her associates, specifically mentioning Offset and Stefon Diggs.

Now, since Tasha couldn’t stick to the script, Cardi and her powerhouse attorney Lisa Moore are going after the full $4M originally owed.
Cardi is asking the judge to find Tasha in violation of their deal and hit her with some “significant sanctions.” Translation? She wants Tasha to pay up for the disrespect and cover all those legal fees.
The Bottom Line: You can’t claim “freedom of speech” when you signed a contract saying you’d stay quiet to save nearly $3 million. At this rate, Tasha isn’t just “Unwine-ing,” she’s unraveling her own bank account.
Whew!
