On the heels of slamming the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department for bullying over her knife-dancing video incident — which resulted in cops being called to her home for a wellness check — Britney Spears has now been “bullied” by Donald Trump Jr., and Spears’ estranged husband, Sam Asghari, is defending her.
Despite filing for divorce after nearly 14 months of marriage, Sam Asghari shows that he still has Britney Spears’ back as he has taken to his social media accounts to stand up for his estranged wife after a distasteful meme was created of the singer.

On Sunday (October 1), Donald J. Trump Jr. posted a meme that compared America under the leadership of his father Donald Trump to the current president, Joe Biden.
The photo used for “America under Trump” showed Britney Spears back in the early 2000s, when she was about 19 or 20 years old and at the height of her music and entertainment career. The photo was professional and well-polished.
Meanwhile, the photo for “America under Biden,” showed a pixelated still image of the 41-year-old singer taken from her recent knife-dancing video. She is seen wielding knives in each hand while awkwardly posing mid-movement in front of her camera. Captioning the meme posted on his Instagram, Donald Trump Jr. simply wrote, “Yup.”

However, responding to the distasteful meme posted by Trump Jr., Asghari took to his own Instagram account and fired back at him, calling him out. Asghari took to his Instagram Story, in a since-deleted post, and wrote, “It’s not okay to be a bully @donaldturmpjr.”
Given the state of Spears and Asghari’s current relationship, the latter defending the former came as quite a surprise. As we’ve previously shared back in August, Asghari filed for divorce after 14 months of marriage.

Taking to his Instagram to announce their split, Asghari in part wrote, “After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Sh*t happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful.”
Since filing, there’s been much back and forth in court on the couple’s assets, and things about their prenuptial agreement. There were even reports about Asghari allegedly threatening to expose his estranged wife if they didn’t renegotiate their agreement.
