#Socialites, get a load of this! Amazon is offering $1 million to anyone who can grab proof of aliens and UFOs on their Ring camera.

Earlier this week, the video-doorbell brand announced that they would be dropping $1 million to a lucky United States resident who can catch real proof of “unaltered scientific evidence of a real extraterrestrial lifeform on their indoor or outdoor Ring device.”

According to Ring’s statement on Wednesday (October 4), they said, “For almost 100 years, scientists, experts, and average homeowners have shared stories and video clips of Extraterrestrial sightings. With new sightings and further evidence that lifeforms might exist beyond Earth’s atmosphere, there’s a possibility that Extraterrestrial activity could be happening right outside your front door.”

They added, “Whether it’s a video of an Extraterrestrial walking (or flying?) up your driveway and asking for directions, or an unidentifiable lifeform exhibiting unusual and extraordinary behavior in your backyard — submit your best footage!”

All Ring footage submitted will be reviewed by a “Space and Extraterrestrial Expert.” If the paranormal professionals deem the footage to meet “the Scientific Evidence criteria of an Extraterrestrial lifeform,” then the owner will be awarded a large amount of prize money.

Now, if you are a Ring customer and don’t happen to spot any aliens, then the Amazon-owned company invites you to get a little creative and enter a different type of contest.

According to the statement, “If you don’t locate any real Extraterrestrials, don’t worry: you can still enter to win an ‘Out of this World’ prize! To enter, simply capture and submit your most creative interpretation of an Extraterrestrial sighting on your Ring device, and you will be in the running among your earthling peers to win a $500 Amazon gift card.”

The video-doorbell brand said that submitted videos will be critiqued based on their creativity, humor, and engagement with a Ring device. Additionally, the judges of the contest are encouraging contestants to use alien costumes that include “accessories, homemade spacecrafts and Extraterrestrial-inspired communication with your Ring device.”

The company noted joked, “Have fun, and don’t be fooled by the realistic costumes you may see on Halloween!” The contest will take place during this year’s Halloween season and will end on November 3 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Additionally, to enter the contest you must be a United States citizen and 18 or older. For all contest rules, click here.
