Fans were shocked to learn that the actress who played the Sun Baby from the hit children’s show “Teletubbies” is expecting her first child.

Jess Smith,27, known for her role as the smiling sun baby from “Teletubbies,” is expecting her first child with her partner, Ricky. According to TMZ, Smith shared the news on her Instagram page, sharing a photo of her ultrasound with the caption, “When two become three.”
She was only nine months old when she debuted on ‘Teletubbies’ and said she was cast on the show while being weighed at the hospital. Smith said ‘Teletubbies’ producers searched for smiling and laughing babies to play the role. Of course her time on the show ended in 2001 when she became older but there have been multiple spin offs of the show throughout the years.
