The estranged wife of Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend Travis Mullen clapped back amid their ongoing divorce drama.
Following Travis’s recent court victory, in which a judge granted him a temporary restraining order against his ex, a post from Meghan Mullen has been uncovered in which she claims Travis is still legally married to her, and he’s refusing to sign the divorce papers.
Per a recent report, Travis filed a police report alleging that Meghan kept him from their kids. At the time, she reportedly brought up Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina’s past DUI in court, and the former couple then agreed to share custody.
Last year, Travis was purportedly granted a criminal protective order against Meghan after she faced a misdemeanor battery over an encounter between them in October 2021. Later on, he accused her of violating the order by showing up in his neighborhood this August.
Travis called the police before she was taken into custody, though she was released just hours afterward. A judge then gave Travis the right to a temporary restraining order.
According to fan account @bravoandcocktails_, Travis’ ex Meghan shared an Instagram post indicating they’re still legally married, and he’s refusing to sign the divorce papers.
“Hey! Let’s stop with court bs.. and sign the stupid divorce papers?!” wrote @meghanjeangalligan, via @bravosnarkside.
She went on to say, “Orrr we could keep wasting $, hurting the kids and stay married for another 6 yrs??”

It’s unknown when exactly Meghan’s post was made as her Instagram page is currently inactive.
After the alleged violation, Travis told the court, per Radar Online, “Meghan was arrested for violating a criminal protective order, protecting me from her. She has also threatened me and my family, and has engaged in a campaign of harassment, unwanted contact, attempted extortion, and threats of harm if I do not comply with her demands.”
