Oop! Is Kim Zolciak getting ready to hit the streets amid her divorce from husband and children’s father Kroy Biermann? The former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ star recently underwent “vaginal rejuvenation” surgery as she battles an ugly divorce and ongoing financial woes.
While her financial standing and marriage with Kroy Biermann, 38, continues to seemingly fall apart, Kim Zolciak, 45, is making sure her vagina doesn’t do the same as she gets laser vaginal rejuvenation to tighten things up between her legs. This past week, Zolciak was in Los Angeles, where she visited Dr. David Matlock, an obstetrician-gynecologist. Dr. Matlock, who is based in West Hollywood, doubles as Zolciak’s cosmetic surgeon who will be performing her “V Rejuvenation.”

It is reported that vaginal rejuvenation is a procedure in the cosmetic surgery field that treats the vagina for looseness, dryness, and other side effects associated with getting older and giving birth. And in Zolciak’s case, the procedure can also help “improve urinary incontinence, which comes from weak pelvic muscles.”
Additionally, the procedure is nonsurgical and involves a laser to heat the top layers of vaginal tissue, causing the tissue in the lower layers to make more collagen, thus making the skin firmer and tighter.
In a video shared to social media via the surgeon’s page, Zolciak explains how she has given birth to six kids, noting that they were all natural births, and with those, the vagina stretches beyond the imagination, leaving loose skin and also causes incontinence (ie: she sometimes pees whenever she sneezes or runs).

Ahead of the procedure, Zolciak told her fans that she hopes the vaginal surgery will help her fix those issues she’s been experiencing ever since pushing out her six babies naturally. In the video posted to social media, Zolciak takes fans behind the scenes of her operation. She said, “It’s 6:30 in the morning. I’m headed in to have my surgery. I’m doing Renuvion, Morpheus8 skin tightening. Very, very excited about that.”
She added, “I’m also doing laser v rejuvenation. Obviously, I’ve had six children, and I had them all naturally. So when I’m running or even when I sneeze I do pee a little bit, which bothers me greatly.”
Zolciak is the mother of daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22, from a previous union; and is the mom to four children with estranged husband Kroy Biermann: Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.

Meanwhile, the caption of the post read: “@kimzbiermann came to us to have some skin tightening using @renuvion and #inmode #Morpheus8 Body. After having multiple children naturally, she began to have relaxed muscles, which she decided to have Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation to stop her peeing whenever running or sneezing.”
Toward the end of the video, Zolciak told her followers that she would be keeping everyone updated following her “V Rejuvenation” procedure. Zolciak also reposted a clip of the video to her Instagram Story and wrote, “I’ll share more soon, can’t wait!! Only with the best.”
Now, this is not the first time Zolciak has laid down on an operating table for cosmetic surgery. Previously, Zolciak has admitted to getting a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. She’s also admitted to regularly getting Botox and lip fillers.
