In the latest episode of Hell’s Kitchen, titled “Just Bring the DARN Fish!”, the chefs were put to the test with the infamous Surf & Turf relay challenge. The challenge required the chefs to taste and identify mystery proteins as quickly as possible. Some chefs aced the taste test, while others crashed and burned. The winners of the challenge were rewarded with quality time with Chef Ramsay, learning how to axe-throw, while the losers had to break down entire salmons for dinner service.

The evening’s dinner service was attended by actor Dolph Lundgren and singer/choreographer Paula Abdul, adding an extra layer of pressure to the chefs. The Red Team had a rocky start with Carmen sending up bland risotto and Raneisha’s scallops being greasy and overcooked. On the Blue Team, Jason’s risotto was perfectly cooked, but the scallops were nowhere to be found. Despite the initial hiccups, the teams managed to pull through the service.

In the end, Chef Ramsay had to make the difficult decision of who to eliminate. The episode concluded with the elimination of Melissa, with Ramsay stating that her drive had completely disappeared, leading to her departure from the competition. This episode was a rollercoaster of emotions, filled with high-stakes culinary drama, celebrity guests, and a surprising elimination.
