Melissa Gorga shades Jackie Goldschneider amid her feud with Margaret Josephs as Margaret shares why she was offended by her formerly good friend, who was recently demoted on Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Around the same time, Melissa blamed “AI” for the scam concerning her husband Joe’s fake comedy show at Everybody Loves Raymond star Brad Garrett’s comedy club, and she revealed how the scam took place.
During a BravoCon interview shared by @rhonjsource on Instagram, Margaret addressed how she and Jackie are “not where we used to be in life. We are not as close as we used to be.” The star called it “sad” because Jackie “informed” her that “we’re not as close as I thought we were,” and Margaret “took offense” to this.
Melissa then called the situation “difficult” because she was “confused” about what happened. She also claimed Jackie “came out of left field,” and she was saying things that “didn’t make sense” to Melissa.
She suggested that Jackie is nice to Melissa’s face but will say “little snarky things” behind her back. Melissa said she doesn’t know how “authentic” Jackie is being, and she stated generally that everyone “needs to remember who their friends” were when “they were down.”
“You don’t bring your friends down when you’re trying to stand back up,” she said before Margaret agreed, claiming Jackie has a “case of amnesia.”
In a separate interview with Us Weekly, Melissa suggested artificial intelligence was to blame for the comedy show scam.
“Somebody reached out — it was AI — they reached out to [Joe’s] manager who said they worked at Brad Garrett’s comedy show, wanted to book Joe, sent a fake contract, told Joe ‘here’s the link to sell tickets,’ and he promoted it for like one day,” said Melissa in a clip shared by @allrhonjfacts on Instagram.
She said it eventually got back to the actor, who exposed the truth.
“Holy s**t! … It was all a fake scammer,” said Melissa. “The world is scary … It is scary.”
