WARNING! THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR BIG BROTHER 25!
Summary
Part 2 of the final Big Brother 25 Head of Household (HOH) competition of the season has been played, and the winner was Jag Bains. For Part 1 of the competition, the Final 3 Mafia alliance members–Matt Klotz, Bowie Jane, and Jag–faced off, and Matt won. Then Jag and Bowie went head-to-head in the second part, and Jag emerged victorious. Now Matt and Jag will compete to become the final HOH live on finale night.
The Big Brother 25 live feeds have revealed that Jag won the second part of the final HOH competition. When the live feeds returned after about six hours of being down, Bowie was seen telling Matt that she lost the competition. Bowie is now out of the running to win the final HOH competition of the season.
What Will Happen When Matt & Jag Face-Off On Finale Night?
Matt and Jag will now play Part 3 of the final HOH competition live on finale night. They’ve been in a Final 2 alliance called the Minutemen for a while now, so it would make sense for them to take each other to the end. If that were the case, then it wouldn’t matter who wins Part 3 of the competition because they’d each choose the other. However, Matt and Jag have a better chance of winning if each of them sits next to Bowie in the finale instead of each other.
Bowie was seen as a floater or a coaster for the first half of Big Brother 25. Although she won three HOH competitions, they all came in the second half of the game. It would be hard to imagine the jury, which is made up of fierce competitors, choosing her to win the $750,000 prize over Jag or Matt. The jury will consist of Cameron Hardin, Cory Wurtenberger, Blue Kim, America Lopez, Cirie Fields, Felicia Cannon, and whichever houseguest is evicted on finale night. Some have speculated that the Big Brother 25 jury might vote bitterly, especially against Jag, who has betrayed all of its members.
However, there are several Big Brother superfans on the jury who would most likely honor the game and pick the best player despite their personal feelings. Either Matt or Jag will have a $750,000 decision to make. If Jag picks Matt, he runs the risk of losing to him because, even though Jag has a much stronger competition resume, Matt has an impeccable social game. However, Matt could lose to Jag if the jury considers competition wins alone. Throughout Big Brother 25, there have been so many twists and turns, so everyone should continue to “expect the unexpected” all the way up to finale night.
The final two Big Brother season 25 episodes will air Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET and Thursday at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
