Lori Harvey is back on the market following her latest split. As previously reported, the stunning model and well-respected actor Damson Idris called it quits after one year of dating.
They announced their breakup in a joint statement on Tuesday. It read, “We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication,” the former couple shared in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.”
While most people didn’t appear to be shocked by the news as Lori is known for having very high-profile and short-term relationships, other social media users have been praising her for not settling until she finds exactly what she’s looking for. The hosts of The Breakfast Club weighed in on this latest celebrity breakup and even tried to have a debate between, Lori and rapper Common who’s also known for having short-term relationships. “I salute Lori Harvey! Lori Harvey is the author of “Act Like A Lady Think Like A N*gga,” he joked. Charlamagne went on to say, “I ain’t got no problems with Big Lori.”
During the conversation, guest-host, Loren Lorosa brought up the conversation fans have been having online. “Y’all saw they said if you’re one of Lori Harvey’s friends, that’s the hardest friendship to be in…because every man is off limits?” Charlamagne responded, “Most of them can’t even probably get her. It’s Lori Harvey… Lori Harvey built different, don’t play with Lori.”
