Tom Sandoval has begun filming Vanderpump Rules season 11.
Following a stint in New Zealand, where he filmed the second season of FOX’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, Sandoval was spotted having what appeared to be a tense discussion with his longtime friend and business partner, Tom Schwartz, as he also joined Lisa Vanderpump at her newly-closed PUMP.
In photos shared by the Daily Mail, Sandoval was seen arriving at Lisa’s former hotspot with a box of flowers before the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was spotted leaving the venue with the floral arrangement and a bottle of wine.
As the outlet noted, the outing was filmed for the new season.

Around the same time of his visit to PUMP, Sandoval was seen having a beer with Schwartz as cameras rolled. And during their chat, Sandoval oddly says, “Greg f-cking stubs his toe and ruins everything,” potentially referencing their fellow business partner, Greg Morris, who shaded him in an interview last month.
In a photo shared by Queens of Bravo on Instagram, Sandoval appeared upset amid his discussion with Schwartz.
In June, while chatting with The Bravo Mom on TikTok, Greg admitted that he would “very much” rather have Sandoval’s ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, who he cheated on with Raquel Leviss, at their joint restaurant, Schwartz & Sandy’s.
“The thing that I think makes us probably the most sad is that Ariana was the best partner we never had. She was amazing. She supported this place. She was here all the time. She did so much more than Tom did and she was such an integrated part of this place for us that we really felt like when that happened, we lost her,” he explained.
Also last month, it was reported that Sandoval is currently on the outs with the entire Pump Rules cast.
“No one in the [Pump Rules] cast is in touch with Sandoval,” an insider told The Messenger on June 30 of the musician.
As for his relationship with former mistress Raquel, he’s remained tight-lipped in recent weeks as she finishes up her treatment program at an undisclosed mental health facility.
Vanderpump Rules season 11 is expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
