Amid the news of Cassie‘s abuse, sex trafficking, and rape allegations against her mogul ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54, a resurfaced clip of rapper Yung Joc, 43, is going viral, claiming Diddy demanded that Cassie, 37, shave her head after seeing a white man rock the style.
As we previously reported, Cassie, born Casandra Ventura, claimed that after meeting Diddy in 2005, he began a pattern of control and abuse, including plying her with drugs, beating her, and forcing her to have sex with a succession of male prostitutes, which she claimed he filmed.

In Cassie’s suit, it claims that in 2018, when the relationship was nearing an end, Diddy allegedly forced his way into Cassie’s home and raped her. In a statement, Cassie has shared, “After years in silence and darkness. I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships.”
In addition to Cassie’s abuse and rape allegations, it was alleged that Diddy was once “so angry” that rapper Kid Cudi was previously dating Cassie that he allegedly threatened to blow up his car. Per the court papers, Cassie said that in early 2012, “Kid Cudi’s car exploded in his driveway.” A spokeswoman for Cudi eventually confirmed the allegations and said, “This is all true.”
Diddy’s lawyer, Ben Brafman, has since denied any truth to Cassie’s abuse and rape allegations. Brafman said, “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations. For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail. Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’ reputation and seeking a payday.”

In the resurfaced clip of Yung Joc, the rapper claims that Diddy demanded that Cassie shave her head after seeing another woman rock the style. Cassie had debuted the memorable look in 2009.
The clip is from a June 2022 interview with Vlad TV. In the interview, Joc, born Jasiel Amon Robinson, said, “You remember ‘Scarface’ when that white woman was coming down the escalator and he was in that man’s house and he was like this [slowly looks down]?” He continued, “I was watching Puff … Puff jumped up. Me and Cassie sitting next to each other, my wife right here, Cassie right here. The n***a jumped off the bar, came over there, and said, ‘Yo, yo Cassie. Tomorrow, I want you to shave the side of your head.’”

Yung Joc admitted that he was confused by Diddy’s alleged request. He said, “And I was like, ‘What the f**k kind of request is that?’ So, when I look up there, this white woman, the side of her head was shaved. So, I was looking at Cassie and I was like, ‘You not ’bout to do that are you?’ She said, ‘Well, I mean, whatever Sean wants, I’m gonna do.’”
Meanwhile, in 2013, Vibe Magazine reported that Cassie told Forever 21 that she shaved her head because she “just wanted to try something different.” She said, “I actually didn’t have the intentions of shaving so much hair but, when I went there, I wanted to go all the way and kind of land in punk. The next day, I woke up and I was like, ‘OMG, what did I do?!’ But slowly over the next few weeks got more comfortable in it. Your hair doesn’t define you. Wear your hair how you feel.”
