Dave Portnoy slammed Rachel “Raquel” Leviss as a “trash bag” on X, formerly known as Twitter, after being confronted with what he referred to as “wildly insulting” dating rumors.
After the Barstool Sports founder, 46, and former Vanderpump Rules cast member, 29, were both spotted in the small town of Cary, Illinois, on October 27, Dave was questioned about the nature of their relationship, prompting quite the response.
“I can confirm I’ve never met that trash bag in my life and it’s wildly insulting to even be mentioned in the same sentence as her,” Dave explained to Page Six. “I was eating pizza at Uncle Jerry’s though which was spectacular but the way and got an 8.3.”
According to Page Six, Raquel was in Cary on the same morning that Dave visited the pizza shop and visited Conscious Cup Coffee Cary, taking selfies with fans while there. Days later, as confirmed on her Instagram page, she celebrated Halloween with “friends” in Chicago — about an hour from Cary.
Weeks after their rumored run-in, Dave’s now ex-girlfriend, Colombian model Silvana Mojica, hinted at a split following two years of dating. And ultimately, Dave confirmed the breakup to Page Six, saying, “It’s kinda wild when I just had a breakup which is hard enough to go through without hearing I f*cked [Raquel].”
As Bravo fans may recall, this isn’t the first time Dave has found himself making headlines with a Bravolebrity. In fact, just months ago, he faced backlash for slamming Real Housewives of New York City alum Sonja Morgan, 60, as “gross” after she propositioned him on social media.
After Sonja flirtatiously asked Dave if he would take her “to a motel” after he advised Tom Brady, 46, to do so with Kim Kardashian, 43, Dave replied, “With all due respect….gross.”
“You couldn’t handle her Dave!” someone replied.
“What kind of man says ‘gross’ in public to a woman??? Horrific!! Who raised you?? You are the gross one,” someone else fired back.
And another added, “No, no, no! You do not disrespect the Morgan name!!”
