Matthew McConaughey has jumped into the video game business and during the 2023 Game Awards he appeared to reveal the trailer for the upcoming sci-fi game Exodus.
The game is described as an action-adventure role-playing game with a cinematic and emotional story that involves the concept of Time Dilation and its impact. One of the things that will make this game unique is it incorporates “broad player agency”, which allows the player’s choices to progress the story.
Chad Robertson, Co-Founder, General Manager, and Executive Producer at Archetype Entertainment said in a statement: “We’ve always dreamed of creating a game like Exodus, and we’re thrilled to finally be making it with the support of an incredible team alongside us. We’re building a world we think players will want to immerse themselves in and we’re eager for players to explore this new universe.
