The organizers of Holy Ship! Wrecked are riding high after capping off the festival’s monumental 2023 edition, which left us all in awe.

Nestled on the warm shores of the Yucatan Peninsula at the luxurious Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Holy Ship! once again proved why it’s a cornerstone of Mexico’s electronic music scene.

The lineup, a masterful fusion of genres and styles, turned the resort into an electronic music haven where everyone from Chris Lake to Subtronics enchanted the crowd. House music enthusiasts were treated to an array of experiences with sets from Chris Lorenzo, Mau P, Wax Motif, Dombresky, Matroda and so many more.

Holy Ship! Wrecked is all about special B2B sets and surprises. One of the biggest this year was between Chris Lake, Chris Lorenzo and Cloonee, who took the decks for a special indoor set.

Wax Motif and Matroda also joined forces for a surprise performance in the private party room while Claude VonStroke and Green Velvet played a dazzling sunrise set as Get Real.

The return of festival favorites such as Valentino Khan, Wax Motif, Justin Martin and the Desert Hearts crew elevated Holy Ship! Wrecked while Subtronics, Culture Shock, 1991, Dirty Monkey, Hamdi, SIPPY, TroyBoi and more satiated the bass music faithful.

The lineup truly had something for everyone, while the interaction between artists and fans—a unique aspect of Holy Ship! Wrecked—created an atmosphere of pure friendship.

Beyond its expertly curated lineup, the festival offered a lavish escape at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. The resort, with its nine all-inclusive restaurants, craft cocktail bars, waterpark, zipline and fitness center, provided the perfect backdrop for both dancing and relaxation.

In the afterglow of Holy Ship! Wrecked’s 2023 edition, one thing is clear: the festival’s star is shining as bright as ever.
