Kim Zolciak & Kroy Slash $500K Off $6 Million Home, Overpriced?

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have slashed $500,000 off the price of their seven-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom mansion in Milton, Georgia.

Just over two months after listing the 15,694-square-foot property for $6 million, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple, who are in the midst of a messy divorce, decided to go down to $5.5 million in hopes of unloading the home in a sluggish market where interest rates are currently quite high.

TMZ confirmed the news on December 19, saying that when it comes to comparable homes in the area, some properties are going for much less. In fact, two homes on Kim and Kroy’s street, both with seven bedrooms and over 10,000 square feet, are for sale for less than $3 million.

While Kim and Kroy will make a profit on the home no matter what it sells for as they bought it in 2012 for just $880,000, most, if not all, of that money is expected to be put toward paying off their many debts.

As for their marriage, things between Kim and Kroy are said to be so toxic that their relationship is “completely beyond repair.”

According to insiders close to the couple who spoke to TMZ on December 16, their latest falling out surprisingly has nothing to do with the police body cam footage that was recently released.

As RHOA fans may recall, Kroy was seen accusing Kim of destroying their lives, leaving them with no money and no house, and he said she’s been “f*cking other men” during a heated incident between them on November 20.

However, when it comes to their current debates, the sources said it is their money woes, their home, and the state of their relationship that Kim and Kroy are at odds about.

Although Kim and Kroy appeared to be on good terms after their November fight, enjoying a lunch date at a hibachi restaurant, those close to them don’t believe they will get back together and feel they need to move on for the sake of themselves and their children, one of whom made the 911 call on November 20.

Kim and Kroy share Kroy “KJ” Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 10, as well as Brielle Biermann, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 22, whom Kroy adopted in 2013.
