While recently speaking with TMZ about his Christmas plans with his three children, DC Young Fly keeps his holiday spirits up despite having a rough year losing both his longtime partner Ms Jacky Oh, and his sister.

During a run-in at LAX, DC told TMZ that he is keeping the faith high this holiday season and making sure he keeps focused on making this Christmas extremely special for his three children whom he shares with Jacky Oh. DC said in between getting things ready for Christmas, he had to prioritize a lot of prayer time.
When specifically asked how he plans on making this Christmas extra special, DC told TMZ, “We’re just staying prayed up and making sure that the love is still in the air, and knowing that everything is going to be okay. And knowing that as long as you have faith and as long as you keep on going and you’ve got determination, and you stay God-fearing, you’re gonna be alright. And then most importantly, be obedient, through whatever you do, throughout whatever journey, even through the pain and the agony, always be obedient.”

DC continued to offer some words of encouragement and said, “You don’t write your life, you’re just here. You don’t even know what you’re gonna do tomorrow, you’re planning on it, but you don’t know what’s gonna stop you. You don’t know what’s gonna intercede, so you gotta stay obedient, and as long as you stay obedient, I’m telling you, God’s gonna make sure you’re alright. It gets hard, but the word makes sure you stay intact.”
DC also revealed that he’s planning on doing some holiday giveaways in his neighborhood to keep everyone’s spirits and faith up.

As we’ve previously shared, Ms Jacky Oh passed away in May as a result of complications from a mommy makeover and BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift). Following Jacky Oh’s tragic passing, tragedy struck again for DC Young Fly and his family in October. At the time, he revealed that his sister had passed away.
Despite the back-to-back losses, DC affirmed that he was putting his trust in God and told his fans on Instagram, “GOD is love and love will always overcome adversity.” DC is continuing to place his trust and keep his faith in the higher power again as the holidays roll in for his family. #Socialites, let’s keep them all in prayer.
