Rasheeda Frost seemingly wants to leave any beef with K. Michelle in the past. However, on Christmas Eve, talks of their previous disagreements surfaced online. In response, the Atlanta artist cleared the air on how she’s already moved on from the drama.
Though calls for an apology from Frost aren’t new, rapper Sukihana fueled the talks on X. She wrote, “Since everybody scared to say it, I think it’s bout time Rasheeda apologize to @kmichelle.” Over 200 comments under the post seemingly agreed with Suki’s suggestion, and by Dec. 26, the post had been shared more than 1,300 times.
Here’s What Happened Between The Women
For context, Sukihana and those commenting are referencing a moment in 2012 when both women starred in the series ‘Love & Hip Hop ATL.’ In an episode, K. Michelle revealed that her ex-boyfriend, Memphitz, had physically abused her. She didn’t name-drop him, but fans and blogs pointed the finger at him several times.
Things went wrong between the artists after Rasheeda told K. Michelle that Memphitz did not abuse her. The moment was captured on LHHATL. K proceeded to emotionally break down the abuse she suffered in response, including having to put her career on hold.

Mickey ‘Memphitz’ Wright Jr. filed a defamation lawsuit against VH1’s owners and the series’ producers, including Mona Scott Young, on Sept. 5, 2012, in Georgia. He later added K to the $65 million suit, per the AJC.
In April 2015, Judge Robert McBurney ruled in favor of the defendants based on
some of his deposition testimonies. For example, he acknowledged a 2009 hotel altercation where he put his hands and/or a pillow over K. Michelle’s face. He also admitted to spending money from her label budget on jewelry versus K’s career expenses. According to the AJC, Memphitz also allegedly threatened to kill her son in a text message.
K Michelle Says She Still Has Smoke For Rasheeda, Rapper Responds
In August, K. Michelle revealed on ‘Stepping Into The Shade Room’ that she still has beef with Frost. She made it clear that they were not cordial after the show’s host, Thembi, asked about their friendship status.
“Hell, no. It’s forever. Like what do you expect from a b***h that opened a bistro,” K. Michelle responded. “If a woman sit in your face and play with you about your abuse and tell you what you did not go through and go through a city to block you from getting your hair done or doing anything over a n***a? Then gon’ sit on panels of woman empowerment.”
She called Rasheeda’s actions “f**ked up” and added that she doesn’t bring it up but that it’s “up forever” with the rapper.
As for Rasheeda, on Tuesday, she seemingly reacted to Suki’s post and calls from fans to apologize. While on IG live, she said she won’t be giving any apologies. Meanwhile, her husband, Kirk Frost, added that Rasheeda already apologized at the series’ reunion.

After receiving mixed reactions to her IG Story refusal, she hopped online again to clear the air. She revealed that she already apologized to K privately and publicly and was under the impression that they had squashed the beef.
“I guess today it came out the wrong way, but what I was saying was I mentioned…I’m just gon’ say this. I’ve had conversations and I have to say, I’m sorry that you guys don’t know that I actually had conversations with that young lady and we have spoken and I’ve apologized on that same platform that you seen everything else. So, I just wanted y’all to be clear.”
