As previously reported, she initially filed the defamation lawsuit against Blueface last month after the controversial rapper claimed that they had allegedly engaged in sexual activity just a day before her baby shower with Soulja Boy in 2022. Blue further insinuated that her child could potentially be his. These allegations caused significant outrage and prompted Jackilyn to take legal action. However, the situation escalated when Blueface continued to make derogatory remarks about both Jackilyn and Soulja Boy on social media.
According to Jackilyn’s attorneys, Vadim Yeremenko and Tara Licata, their client is deeply distressed by Blueface’s remarks about her child and the subsequent threats she has encountered. The emotional toll has been so severe that she has sought professional help, consulting both a therapist and a psychiatrist. These healthcare professionals have prescribed medication to help alleviate her anxiety and insomnia, which have been exacerbated by the ongoing legal battle.
