In a shocking revelation, Nick Cannon has shared that he has NO plans for baby number 13. In an exclusive conversation with @PEOPLE, Cannon discussed his contentment with being a father of 12 and his future family goals.
When asked about the possibility of expanding his already large family, Cannon responded with a laugh, saying, “I’m chilling right now. There’s no plans on the horizon as of yet.” He also expressed amusement at the constant pressure he faces to have more children, jokingly asking, “It’s like, 12 ain’t enough?”
Cannon’s children come from different relationships, including twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey, sons Golden Sagon and Rise Messiah Cannon, and daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell, twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa. He also has son Legendary Love with Bre Tiesi, and daughter Onyx Ice Cole with LaNisha Cole. In addition to that, the entertainer is also a father to two children with Alyssa Scott, son Zen, who tragically passed away at five months old in December 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer; and daughter Halo Marie Cannon, who was born in December 2022.
Despite the potential superstition surrounding the number 13, Cannon expressed no worries about having a thirteenth child, stating, “Thirteen is a good number. It’s definitely a lucky number.”

Currently, Cannon is enjoying a moment of respite after celebrating the holidays with his children. He is now preparing for spring break and looking forward to engaging in outdoor activities and sports with his kids. As a dedicated father, he structures his schedule around his children’s extracurricular activities, ensuring that he is actively involved in their lives.
When asked about the most rewarding part of being a father to such a large brood, Cannon emphasized the joy of hearing his children say, “I love you, daddy.” He cherishes these moments, whether it’s from his youngest children or those on the cusp of their teenage years.
“The first time they say it, whether they’re 1 year old or 18 months, to hearing it from your kids that are on the brink of being teenagers, there’s nothing better than that,” he continues, also noting that “big hugs” and “picking them up from school” are some other “best” moments,” he told the outlet.
Nick Cannon’s candid conversation highlights his contentment with his current family situation and his dedication to being an involved and loving father. While he may not have plans for baby number 13 at the moment, his positive outlook and love for his children shine through in every aspect of his life.
